Slowing down pictures - / In my opion the Seagull is too bright and it also needs some shadows (specially by the feet) / this is a nice idea, but maybe the seagull are oversized, a lil more small would make this entry so so realistic. Also it need some seagull's shadow over the turtle's shell. / You said no critique so I won't. But the apprentice contest is mainly a learning forum, and you have no cause to be shy. / The seagull is a bit too large, and too bright. A bit of shadow would help too. Also his feet should follow the contour of the turtle's shell.
Pregnant with twins pictures - / Looks like 'Liquify Filter' used on lace. / -->Nope, don't know how to use liquify. just copy and lighten lace clad belly then trim to size.

Degas Wino House pictures - This pic has nothing to do with the Degas seen below, it's by Rembrandt's and Rubens' brother, Degas Peale. (2nd edit to bring out Amy's little mouth) / I'm not commenting on this...oh wait I just did. Texture is compressed in small view, I would lower the contrast on Amy Wine ho a little. That should help. / ... needs a Peale signature in that bottom corner / This one is one of my favorites in the contest. The Composition and blending deserves hats off.
