Some technical things I noticed are hand of secretary girl does not look naturally holding this check, which is by the way too perfect and has a perfecty horisontal angle. Perhaps try rotating it slightly and maybe bending it somewhat. Also Oprah's head masking is a bit rough on edges. / I would suggest editing her eyes so that she is acutally looking at Anne Hathaway and not us. / I'd fix her earring so that it's hanging straight.
