The Chew Tobacco sign needs desaturation to blend better / Why is there still snow on the barn roof. / I left the snow on purpose, because (in my opinion) it doesn't look like snow in this context, but rather a reflective metal roof. I tested it on people who hadn't seen the source image---and nobody saw it as snow. / ... This looks terrific... Excellent job. / I see you increased the saturation of the picture, which makes it look a bit less natural (even though still impressive), in my opinion. / Congrats LunaC. Escher Waterfall pictures - Escher Waterfall - Out of Bounds Source / Sweet. I would get rid of the green frame and make the towers cast the shadows onto the white background. / I was looking all over for a 'green' frame. Thought I had missed something, . The GOLD frame adds some separation from the background and allows for a double shadow from the towers (on the frame itself and the white background) to be cast. Creates more depth in this manner. / I agree with newsmaster - the TAN colored frame looks out of place. I would try removing the stepped background part behind the towers / building and sourcing a different background that extends to the edges. / Sort of defeats the idea behind 'Out of Bounds' if the GOLD frame is removed. / Yes I missed the out of bounds part. Good point. Leave the GOLD frame in / Point taken - the gold frame is good here. My monitor color scheme was adjusted, sorry / No problems Newsy. You had me worried there for a moment. / ok, not that it matters, but if you want to recalibrate your monitor settings so that the frame is #cccc99 and not green, then that may help you with this image and possibly other entries because it is definitely not green.
