There are several meanings to this, one is to show a product in a famous painting. Another is how politicians are either begging for money or giving it away. The last one I can think of is the play off of G. Washington using a Washington one dollar bill. / It isn't in the usual sense, but I understand that to the producers of the dollar, it would be.
