sorry, but that is not an web tattoo. I took it from an ancient japanese art... or do you, by any chance, think that the other people are drawing from scratch the figures they are applying as tattoos...if so, they are amazingly good at PS

hi- i like your picture, and if i may in my humble opinion offer one suggestion. use of the liquify filter and warp transform cn fit the tattoo to the body shape, such as acros his sternum, and under the pecs, but nice tattoo anyway.

I like this one...maybe dull the tattoo down just a bit, it stands out a bit too much and lighten vin diesel My favourite so far in this contest.
