Your work could do with a little bit of tweaking, IMO your shadows are too sharp for the overcast day and the lighting on the mobsters body is incorrect and to quote another member it looks a little 'cut n pastey' to me, I think it is the little things your overlooking that prevent you getting the higher votes that you seem capable of.
