Tragedy seal pictures - / I hate to admit it....but I don't get it. Looks like a photo of recent flooding with a date of 1789. Can you explain for us "slow learners". / Thanks LunaC, I didn't want to show my ignorance. But, I didn't get it either. I also didn't understand the "the" tragedy vs "Dept of Tragedy". / Maybe the author means the floods started in 1989.
