For the artist, I really like this one.
Uma Thurman + Cate Blanchett pictures - / The yellow hair is blurry at the root area, and a larger pic would've been better. / The eyes are well matched. Nose, mouth and hair could use add'l work. Still a good effort.

I think her face looks too distorted and it is hard to recognize it as Uma. Maybe do another search and find an image of Uma Thurman that has a perspective close to the source pic and it will be much better. Like Uma is chin up, while the original is chin down.
Uma Thurman Fish Hybrid pictures - / VERY nice work. My only suggestion for this would be to use the warp tool to give those scales (especially on her face) some depth/curve / I agree with comment from midian. The fish in the mouth is a great touich too.
