here's funny - it's legal (finally) to be a soldier in the US Military and be gay, but it is still illegal to have sex with someone of the same gender (defined as "sodomy" in the UMCJ - Uniform Military Code of Justice).
Way to go on repealing "don't ask, don't tell". Oops...never mind.
