Photoshop TV. Every week there are free useful tips and tricks.
First download itunes and install (I think it's free). Then click on the Music Store, and then click on Podcasts. Type in "Photoshop" in the search engine, and you will find Photoshop TV (and 7 other good photoshop sites with video tips) as podcasts you can subscribe to and have downloaded (free) weekly.
It's a start.
