PlayStation 3 Launches in US pictures - Sony's PlayStation 3 hits the stores in the US
this Friday. Demand is by far exceeding supply of PS3 and gamers form
long lines, up to 3 days in advance. Interesting thing about PS3 is
that it sells
for around $499 while it costs almost $806 to make. Why? Because
gamers typically spend much more on Sony's PlayStation games once
they buy a PlayStation. This is very much like buying golf clubs and
spending a fortune on golf balls later. Same thing with PlayStation -
once you start playing they get you by the balls.
To mark the launch of Sony's PlayStation 3 you are asked to
incorporate PlayStation into paintings.
Playstation 3 pictures - Pelagio Palagi's painting of 'Isaac Newton's Discovery of Christmas Joy' (1827) Original Full View is bigger. / Very nice. Wish u success. -Edited by Moderator on 11/18/2006 7:40:41 PM / Great work. The light coming from the TV is great, love her bunny slippers, too.
Portable Freakstation pictures - Portable FreakStation with touch-sensitive screen and stylus now enables you to be thoroughly boring on holiday too. / Very cool. Love that repeated image thing. / It goes on into infinity. I always find that fascinating.
Seniors PlayStation pictures - Gray Station, sony design with future gamers in mind / This is really great. Good concept, great follow through on the design and presentation. Love your logo design, too.
Cheese Space Station pictures - / One small step for mouse, one giant leap for ....... mice. / huston we have a problem, cheese space station, nice image / Not only the Moon is made of cheese. Creative work here / Great concept, clean execution. Only critique I could offer is the lighting on the cheese/mouse is spot on, but seems to not not match the wings in intensity, (but this is just an opinion, I could be off base on this one)
Arctic Gas Station pictures - At least the prices should be reasonable. Here is the original as requested. / please can we see the originals. Certainly. / cheers, i was actually just curious if that truck was real or chopped i want those wheels / Very nice then, I liked the wheels too. In my (such as it is) mind I heard them going ba bump, ba bump, ba bump, treading thru the snow. Is it true that the north pole is actually underwater, or maybe only part of the year. / Indeed, it may soob be cheaper to drive to the North Pole and fill the gas tank there, then come back. Excellent work, looks rather realistic. I like the Arctic evening (or night.) lighting you gave to it.
Gas Station pictures - As gas prices continue to soar, let the Conoco Pit Crew take the work out of pumping gas. / This is absolutely bloody brilliant. I am amazed by the idea (pit crew) and execution. / "Go, Granny...Go,Granny...GO,GRANNY...GO..."
Workstation pictures - I telecommute, but I can still dream... / Clever idea, and looks really well done to me.
