I agree the head is a little small for baby proportions. Maybe it should be wider and a bit bald, too. / Babies/toddlers have hardly any neck, and yes the head could be a tad bigger.
Starting blocks pictures - / Very nice entry. See if you can incorporate the Beijing Olympic logo into the starting block so that the image ties in better with the theme. Beijing Logo / I agree with cOOp, it needs those rings somewhere. / Just one thing. Looks like you quickly added the Olympic symbol....just the rings (beveled to raise them)would make look great in the same place. / Lol, good one. I think we have a lot of nervous athletes in the starting blocks. / I like this one alot. Great concept. Good job.
