Maalselv town in Norway seeks to become the snowman capital of the world and take its share of Arctic tourism. The project got support from the local investors for building snowman theme park similar to Disneyland, which will feature snowman figures, snow hotel and facilities for skiing, snowboarding, skating and other open air winter activities. According to the Maalselv authorities, Norway has a unique climate conditions to offer Arctic tourism, yet in not so extreme temperatures. "Besides, a snowman is much more natural symbol of winter than "commercial" Santa", they add.

Chicago after Snow Storm pictures - Chicago realizes its potential after the recent storm and makes moves to suit its new market. / Fantastic idea and execution, but why am I still seeing mountains (on top of skyscrapers). They make the chop look less realistic, even if you meant for them to be there. UPDATE: thanks for removing the mountains - very realistic now. / VERY smart entry. Excellent execution, great idea, Good presentation. This is what makes a quality image. Good show / Nothing like a little skiing along the lakeshore. / Very nice - a new look for Chicago's "El".

Snowy Gothic pictures - So cold you can even see their breath...brrrrr. Original Painting / American Gothic Indeed. Excellent attention to detail. The bare trees where the green trees are in the original is a beautiful touch. Great Chop. / Love the entry. The frost breath is a nice touch My only critique is - there's something about lady's coat which looks unnatural. / this is one of the best also one of my hightest votes, but if u compared original with the results you would see that the woman need some extra ponnds on her shoulders, she look like if she haven't arms. But anyway here are lot of nice work, so i think this deserve a top 3. The air coming out from their mouths are really a cherry on the top.
