My only critique ist the reflection... you just mirrored your snail timer, right. - Reflections are always a difficult stuff, I avoid them itīs possible I didnīt found a tutorial but an for a reflection which might help you. Iīd love to see your nice work even nicer / Huh. More at the bottom, and less on the top (distort more as the distance between object and surface increases). / Hohouse this was one of my favorites in the contest. Some of your cleanest work to date. Snail pictures - / I agre it would be more realistic to cover the hole, or make the snail appear from it. But I still like this concept.
