Presseault has pleaded guilty to wilful promotion of hatred through a website from which visitors could download music containing such racist titles as "Skin is black, you make me sick." Presseault should receive 12 months in prison, considering his crime was premeditated, serious and violent, crown prosecutor Thierry Nadon said during sentencing arguments yesterday. "The sentence has to dissuade others from fomenting hatred," Nadon said.
