I think this could be done rather easily using the liquify filter around the eyes. Also, the split reavealing the insides of her neck looks kinda overlayed, kinda unreal. And when came to the neck the facing of the neck is very straight to us so no chance to look inside and I think, he uses the shadows right place. why because he used the shadows at right place why i think the cutted face part shadow may reflects under the neck. A school district somewhere around Houston, I believe, had over 100 gallons of gas stolen from their bus barn... robbers syphoned the gas right out of the buses and a few other school vehicles.
