Layer duplicate,If you cut out kanga and cops, select with wand, delete background, select inverse, make a new layer above background fill with dark grey. Filter blur then fade opacity. View full version, the server has edits on low priority apparently. / Kangaroo is a tad blurry, otherwise good job / Couldn't be helped, the roo's right foot was dancin' a jig when the photo was snapped. / As this is apprentice contest I tried to explain a method anyone could do. Yes there are easy ways but a bit difficult for a novice. I know hard it was when I started.
