I tested it on people who hadn't seen the source image---and nobody saw it as snow. / ... This looks terrific... Excellent job. / I see you increased the saturation of the picture, which makes it look a bit less natural (even though still impressive), in my opinion. / Congrats LunaC. Outside In (Revised) funny pictures - I have a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore. Thanks to all for the constuctive advice. I've removed the tree reflections and added reflections of the walls/doors. It helped. / this look completelly fantastic, my only critic is the reflection at the final, it's like a trees reflection and not the wall; but to be honest even me don't know how to fix it / Hey nice interpretation. It's fantastic. The funny thing is that the reflection in the water near the door shows trees. I think it would be great if you tweaked the spotlight on the far left wall too. Judging by your shadow on the woman, there's no way the light should be that strong on that end. Maybe you could add slight scenery that goes beyond the doors. Then it would be truly perfect. / This is fabulous. And your edit of the reflections is great, I think you've a winner here. / great entry. it's the best i've seen so far this contest. very creative. / Thanks for stepping out of the box...cool.
Who's the new guy? (Revised) funny pictures - When he was in high school, Louie realized that he wasn't like other seagulls his age. / This is a cool idea...and your edit improved it. Shadows from the bats are nice. Louie still has rather hard edges, compared to anything else in view - soften them a bit and you're done. / This is so funny, it need some shadow from the bats over the bird. Nice pic. / Glorious madness here. I like it. However - it's all a bit discombobulated. You need to make the whole thing clearer.. and the seagull interloper more recognisable. At first glance - it looks like a modernist painting.. so go for the photographic ...Hmmm Great imagination tho -- applause. / I am as confused as the gull is Masking looks good. The bird is mostly hidden so it's hard to tell, though. / Thank you for the comments. I edited the photo to change the lighting---Bright in center with darker edges. Also adjusted saturation to match the bats better. And added shadows to the bats in front of seagul. Plus highlights in gull's eye. / It is a great idea, gets my vote, a "goth" gull. My only tech suggestion (and it doesn't really matter much in this pic, considering the relative small size of the bird) would be to warp the shadows to conform more to the curvature of the bird's body. An artistic suggestion would be to place the bird more in the center (after all, it is about him) and possibly make him noticeably larger than the bats (which would make him look even more different and add to the humor). / That was a plucky edit. He does look better bigger. I'd still like to have seen you soften his sharp edges with blur and burn to make him look less cut-out. But good marks for originality / Yes, the edges are a bit too sharp. Another interesting thing to do would be to modify his foot to make it look like he's hanging on.
Harley Davidson Armor Edition - Revised Image funny pictures - This Harley is perfect for any knight going into battle. I edited the leg and the image is a little bit larger / the smallness of your image is going to hurt your ratings. But even at such a small view that leg needs a lot of work. Also the shadow on the shield is inconsistent with the shadows elsewhere, direction is ojay, but density is not. / The knight became blurry somehow, but good concept.
