Did you use a Wacom. I need to get one of those. / Hi finnayn, this was all done in photoshop using a mouse. I have a Wacom but to be honest I prefer using a mouse. All of the drawings in the image are done using the stroke on the pen tool with different brush presets. / Thanks for the insight on the pen tool + stroke.
