He IS way too big, but it's a great idea. Make him smaller, add appropriate shadows, and create a reason for him doing that. It's a winner for sure.

Much nicer after the edit. If you utilize the burn tool on the climber, you could shadow his lower right edges a bit and match the lighting of the source a bit...

this is good funny job. is he afraid of the mouse.
