Partial Face Transplants pictures -
[ A year after a Frenchwoman received the world's first partial face transplant, doctors say the operation was a success and she is gaining more and more sensitivity and facial mobility.
British and American doctors already have plans for a first full-face transplant. ]
Even if full face transplants become successful, politicians will never
accept them. It's just too expensive to get transplants on two
faces.
In this contest you are asked to perform partial face transplants on politicians and celebrities. The right half of a face has to be from one celebrity and the left half from another. Jessica Biel can be a good image source as well as others. Politicians and celebrities face mixes are also allowed and cross gender face breeds too.

Since the last time we ran a Partial Face Transplants contest, it was featured on numerous blogs and websites. UPDATE: Several pictures from this contest were published in the print edition of the Daily Mail - Thursday, September 6 issue, as well as in their online edition. To give this wonderful idea a new spin and to show our new creations to all the visitors who come to see partial face transplants, we are running a second round of this contest today.
Photoshop partial face transplants by merging VERTICAL halves of faces of any celebrities, politicians, famous people, or historical figures.
A left face half has to be from one person and a right face half from another. When performing your "surgery", try to make the final face look as photo realistic as you can, and let us know which two people you are merging - either in the entry title or in the author comments.

A year and a half later, the recipient of the first successful partial face transplant is showing good progress - even her smile has returned completely. The French woman, Isabelle Dinoire, was the first person in the world to undergo a successful partial face transplant operation, and she has been under a close attention of her doctors and the media since then. After the success of Isabelle, only two more operations of such kind have been successfully performed in the world - one in China and another one in France. Inspired by the results, doctors say that full face transplant operation may become feasible sooner than we expect.
This contest is a spin off of our two popular "Partial Face Transplant" contests that have been featured by many media publications including People Magazine and The Daily Mail. Today we are going to make it somewhat different from the previous two contests - the task is to perform partial face transplants on the celebrities or politicians of your choice by COMBINING THEIR UPPER AND LOWER FACE HALVES. Don't just paste over the eyes, or the mouth, it has two be upper and lower face halves combined, and don't forget the nose - it has to consist from two different celebrity noses too.
Partial Gender Transplants pictures -
A number of studies of the recent years has shown that when it comes to love, the old rule "opposites attract" may not be so true. Close examination of faces of thousands of couples has shown many similarities and common facial traits among spouses or lovers. People tend to subconsciously choose a partner that looks similar to him / her one way or another. So "similarities attract" may be a better rule, at least in the recent years. Furthermore, when people start living together they develop similar face characteristics together by naturally copying each other's facial emotions and expressions.
Let us show which celebrities of opposite gender share enough facial characteristics to make a natural couple:
You will need to choose two celebrities of the OPPOSITE GENDER, and transplant a VERTICAL half of a face from one celebrity to another. Here's a good example.
This contest is another spin-off of our popular Partial Face Transplants contest, which has been featured in many magazines including People, Daily Mail, etc. In addition to celebrities, you can also use politicians, famous word figures, or characters from old paintings as one of the sources in a merged face. Note: the two faces you use as sources do not have to be a real couple in life, but they do have to be of OPPOSITE GENDER.
Human Body Parts pictures - Create images showing amazing and unique human body parts that might make it into the Guinness Book of World records using celebrities or politicians.
Extra Body Parts pictures - Create new and odd appendages for humans including new hands, new feet, legs and toes.
Partial Aging pictures -
Scientists discovered why some aging brains
stay sharp. When aging process naturally worsens the memory, brains concentrate more, which provides daily brain exercise necessary to keep it sharp. The study finds that people with poor memory in their older years are normally sharper than their peers.
Keeping brain young slows the aging process for a whole body and helps to stay young. Brain is divided into two hemispheres - right and left. Most people have one brain hemisphere more active and dominating the other one. Depending on which brain side is dominant, determines many character traits - e.g. almost all "right-brainers" are left handed.
In the light of the above study, exercising brains helps to slow aging, but most people have one brain hemisphere dominant over the other. Can we thus expect that aging process may go unevenly in right and left parts of one's body?
Take the same celebrity (or politician, or otherwise a famous character - from history, movie, paintings, etc.) and VERTICALLY merge left and right parts of the face THE SAME PERSON at different ages - old and young. A good example would be merging right half of Al Pacino's face when he was young (or even a kid) with left half of his current face, or even with his old face in the future. You are welcome to choose either the real photos from younger and older years of your celebrity (then vertically merge the face halves), OR use one face (photo) and make one (vertical) half older or younger.
This contest is a spin-off of our popular Partial Face Transplants contest, which has been published in many magazines including People, Daily Mail, etc.
Party pictures - Create images of how animals party with each other, or create supplies and beverages for a party with an animal theme.
Partial Toys pictures -
After recalls of toys made in China, U.S. lawmakers are pushing for tighter laws on imports of Chinese toys and higher safety standards.
Chinese toy industry is suffering a massive drop in demand from the United States, due to some toys containing toxic levels of lead and other heavy metals.
With all these toys that China produced and can not sell, perhaps they can still use them in the following way:
Photoshop any products, objects, architecture, animals, insects or people partially made with toy parts. A good example may be a car which has toy doors and wheels (life size), or a gun which has toy gun parts. Please remember that cyborgs and robots are not made of toy parts and will be disqualified. E.g. A body with a toy head is an example of acceptable entry, but a body with a cyborg head is not acceptable in this contest.
Partial Illusions pictures -
Latest marketing trick in advertising on cars is to do a paint-job which extends a picture of a driver. Such gimmick quickly grabs the viewer's attention which then slides to an advertising message next to the paint-job.
Take any object/person and partially cover it with another object with a picture that continues the partially covers object - this way that the whole composition makes an illusion that the two objects are part of the whole. Think of paintings, magazines, buildings with paint-jobs covering anything extending its picture and making an illusion. Here's an
example 1 , example 2, and example 3.
This contest is a generalization of our popular celebrity money contest where celebrities needed to be partially covered with banknotes.

Read what the entry says, and the news story. It's about Partial Birth Abortions and the Judgement to STOP them. / In that case, why is the judge's gavel about to squash the kid's head . The headline suggests the opposite. It doesn't make sense. In any case, the pic seems to suggest a bigoted "pro-life" point of view. / Bigoted Pro Life....HAHAHAHAHAHAH, .
