Another Alien Birth funny pictures - / I'm sorry to say this needs quite a bit of work to it, maybe get rid of the blood, looks too drawn on and just have his head coming out squashing it with a filter of some sort. Looks all too cut and paste, hope this doesn't offend only IMO.
