Heavy Metal Guitar God pictures - This is another feeble attempt that I am submitting. Rock on dude. / I don't see this as a 'Feeble Attempt' at all. This is actually very good. If you added some darkening under his right arm, and mute the colors of the guitar just a bit to match the surroundings...it'd be perfect. Just trying to give some helpful advice. I'll reserve my vote until editing can be done, if you wish to do some. / JannaR is right about the colors. The fretboard, tuning keys and nameplate are too bright for Degas, and need to tone down and warm up. / very nice but i agree with JannaR and Alligator. The guitar is a bit too bright for the surroundings.
Full Metal Jacket pictures - Please view full-sized image. Please view source EDIT: The jacket is complete but is hidden by the vegetation in the foreground. Perhaps the blending gives the appearance that the jacket is floating. I have adjusted the colour of the foreground and background vegetation to give it a bit more depth and separation. / this look so good, but i'm just don't know why the lower part of the "metal jacket" are not complete. / i think skorp had a point. and you also had a point. good point guys. / Great entry.. Looking at the entry and the source, I do see what Skorpion is talking about. On the sourcepic, there are grey pants on the bottom of the jacket. In your entry, you left part of the pants attached to the jacket. You should be able to see the rest of the pants peeking through the leaves, or remove the remnants of the pants you have on there. / I had the grey pants completely hidden when the first comment was made. I thought by bumping it up a few pixels to show that the jacket was complete would solve this perception. The decision of showing parts of the pants through the vegetation in the foreground came down to whether the vegetation was slight and permitted this or if it was heavy and obstructed all objects behind it. I opted for the latter but I appreciate the critiques. / Thanks for the comments and votes everyone.
Retro Metallica pictures - Their guitar power chords are now with electric organs and tambourines. / This is so cool but they don't look like Metallica for me. I love the concept. / Have to agree that it's hard to recognize Metallica here, but it's the impressive poster style work. / Old metallica photo here, hair colors match and looks like vintage Metallica to me.
