Merged Paintings pictures -
During the routine X-Ray examination of Van Gogh's painting "The Ravine", displayed at the Boston Museum, another painting by Van Gogh was discovered in the deeper layer. Surprisingly, historians have been looking for this "hidden" painting elsewhere for decades, as its sketches known as "Wild Vegetation" were previously found and gave an indication that the complete painting should exist somewhere. Both paintings were done in 1889 with the gap of four months, when the famous Dutch painter decided that he no longer liked the "Wild Vegetation" and painted over it.
Merge any two or more classic paintings together. The artist does not have to be the same. For the purposes of this contest we will also accept sketches and fresco (wall paintings).
Mergers pictures - Show the results of two companies (or fast food companies) joining together in the music business. Create new CD's or advertising campaigns showing singers/musicians and their participation with these companies. Or show the result of corporate involvement in international music such as altered instruments, the Hamburgular rocking out with a pan flute, etc.

In this contest you are asked to create low-budget no-frills version of any airline by showing any cost-cutting methods for the airline. Examples include worn-out aircrafts, cheap stewardess clothes, tiny airline food, reduced space between passenger seats, etc.
Movies Merge as Google Buys YouTube? pictures -
Well, the buzz is upon us. Google has acquired YouTube in a 1.65 billion dollar buyout. Apparently Google's "Do no evil" corporate motto, does not apply to lighting flatulence, large men dressed as women dancing to Shakira tunes, and copyright violating uploads of prime time television. Tasteless? yes. Evil? well, maybe not. Definitely something that will need to be forwarded around via "work related only" email networks.
I wondered how Google video would be affected by this merging of the masses, and it looks like it may come off without a hitch. However, we here at Freaking News know better. Any company mergers and acquisitions of this magnitude are going to result in problems. We predict this merger will result in the merging of some of the hosted movies!
In this contest, you are asked to merge movies. Utilizing screenshots or movie posters, merge two or more movies into one glamorous creation. Comedy is a huge plus in this sort of contest so put your thinking caps on. Example: Lord of the Ringmaster (Merge Lord of the Rings with Jerry Springer's "The Ringmaster")

Airline Mergers pictures - US Airways may be looking for another company to buy after talks with Delta ended earlier this week. US Airways CEO Doug Parker said bankrupt airlines are particularly attractive because they make it easier to boost profits. A bankrupt airline can get out of expensive contracts and leases and put pressure on unions to renegotiate contracts. I don't know about you, but if I was going to Hawaii, instead of flying on one of his airlines, I'd drive.
In this contest we are asking you to photoshop any airline merger. What we would like to see is airlines merging with other companies besides airlines. Some examples would be SouthWestinghouse or Fly The Friendly Skies of WalMart.
