Your addition seems a little large and even looks a bit like you had to stretch it to make it fit. Try finding a larger source image, that might help. I'd also fiddle with the sharpness and the contrast (need to darken him a bit to provide a better match with the others). You did a great job with the elbow resting on the counter -- great placement of the individual.
