Katie Couric Photoshopped pictures - It seems like when it comes to presenting news the word "photoshop" and the word "media" became petty much as inseparable as Paris Hilton and STDs. Just this month we caught Reuters doing the dumbass photoshop work even a child could spot. Now, CBS photoshops its billion dollar anchor-woman Katie Couric to shed 20 pounds off her thighs, shoulders, brains, and waist.
FreakingNews should have copyrighted news photoshopping to start with, and sue those rich bastards for big bucks, so we can retire and spend all our money on beer and chicks donate all our money to Red Cross. The difference is that FreakingNews labels all our work as "photoshop" work, but CBS tries to present theirs as a real photo in its 400,000 circulation magazine, and think their readers are too dumb to notice. They should have reserved a special "readers comments" section under the published Couric's photo, and by golly they'd receive comments like:
* Great work, but I'd lower the opacity of her suit to look closer to the original.
* Quality chop; however consider removing obvious cloning in her waist area.
* OK, but Couric's head needs some slimming too to match the rest of the body
Contest directions: Make Katie Couric slim. And by slim I mean something which would make anorexic Nicole Richie look like the biggest fatass that ever roamed this planet. Let's show CBS what the real chopping is all about. You want her slimmer? You will get her slimmer.
Celebrity Mugshots pictures - Mel Gibson is not the first and certainly won't be the last celebrity to pose for a lovely police mugshot. Perhaps this mugshot can be used to promote "the spirit of a fighter" if they'll ever shoot "Brave Heart 2", 'cause Mel was certainly "brave" and "had a heart" to say what he said when he was stopped on a Malibu road. In this contest you are asked to immortalize your favorite celebrities and politicians in their police mugshots. Your entries must include "mugshot info tags" to distinguish them from "just photos".
Reuters Photoshops Beirut Photo pictures - So to sum the story up, Reuters pulled the doctored Beirut photo saying - OK, we photoshopped it. Sorry, folks, here's the original, if you think the clone tool we used is too obvious. Just wanted to show a tad more smoke and destruction there, that's all. Rather than sending to Reuters editors a copy of "Photoshop for Dummies", let us help Reuters with their photoshop skills by providing examples of how good photoshop work looks like when it comes to creating hoax news photos.

Mugshot pictures - / Great job, excellent source photo for the phone. My only criticism is the lettering for the "Insta-Mug 6580" it is a little to blury... The lettering should be more sharp than that because the picture is of such good quality. I won't rate the photo yet maybe you will change it... if ya change it touchup the chop along the top of the phone. / Ok, that little black blip at the top is probably the antenna. Your gonna get a good score, I like Clint Eastwood but you did a good job. / Nice job beating him up, you made my day. / A cellphone's gotta know it's limitations.

YOU MUST VIEW FULL PLEASE. / Hmmm...Who could be behind this one.... . "Elvis" made the cover. Very funny. This issue I might actually buy. / Freaking brilliant. Where can I get a copy. / This is hysterical. Oh, man, I know who the author is, but I ain;t gonna tell / Obviously a biased magazine. Look at all the Republicans on the cover... / Freaking, freaking brilliant. I think I know who did this, but I may be wrong considering that I am such a favorite target now days.
