i think monitor's backgroud should be in color too, outside of that it is a nice idea

The right hand - sounds brutal, but what if you just cut off arm and cup. It's a distraction from your focus of interest.

Good idea here--but there's something uncomfortable about the composition. Both the computer and the woman are facing the viewer. She's looking at the monitor from the side. Choosing source images that match better would help.

The arm with the cup seems to pull the eye away from the focus of the oob. And there's blurring of skin on her right arm at the edge of the sleeve.
