 Vladimir Putin Cosmonaut funny pictures - / Why does this story make Putin an astronaut. For NASA . / The original source was of a russian cosmonaut from the international space station. The pun was in the story title. "Putin tracks his pet dog from outer space." Just a play on words, instead of using traditional gps, he's going to go to the space station and watch him from there. NASA does work with astronauts from other countries, like Japan and Russia to name a couple. / Here's some interesting links apraxine, more info on NASA's working relationships. I typically don't use Topaz effects universally. I apply them to certain elements. I like the Topaz effect on hair. It's a personal preference. That's why little Vlad looks like a realistic younger version of dad. Only prob was that it was a b/w photo. So I muted the tones of the rest and half colorized little Poot to balance.
