You are right V. But there is an intentional means to the madness due to the type of print this is designed for. This piece is earmarked for a type of 3-D back-lit, 3 layer, acetate display. It totally explodes with color and the depth is just stunning in the samples we viewed. So, since it is going to be artificially lit I had to pull down the values and in the final, the seperation of light and dark contrast of the fractal images will be far less fused. It's a pretty cool process and I'll let you know how it goes. This is our first one and they are EXPENSIVE..... |
