Many people use ice skates this season, but not many know that ice skates were invented about 5000 years ago. The first ice skates were invented by Finns and were made from the leg bones of horse or deer and were attached to feet with leather belts. Skates were used for hunting and for saving energy while moving on ice.
Skates of those times saved about 10% of energy compared to normal walking on icy surface. You may think it's not much, but in the very cold winters of 5000 years ago this could mean the difference between staying alive or freezing to death.
Photoshop skates any way you wish. Some examples are - design ice skates with unusual shapes or made from unusual objects or materials; include skates in the old paintings, etc. All kinds of skates are allowed - ice skates and roller skates.

This Friday we continue our freaking experiment with provided source images.
Photoshop this image of figure skating any way you wish. Some examples are - making the figure skating couple perform some stunts, giving them some new outfit, designing a poster with this figure skating image, putting the figure skaters into some new environment, movies, paintings, etc. These are just some ideas.
