Rosie O'Donnell put news of her axed talk show aside on Wednesday night to celebrate her 50th birthday with boxer Mike Tyson.
The star and her fiancée Michelle Rounds partied at the city's Paris Club alongside 50 other women who were also turning 50, and the presenter was stunned when Tyson turned up to help her cut her cake after appearing on her talk show earlier in the day.
34 years ago, in 1978 she made her debut as a comedian at the local Ground Round restaurant's open-mike night. She was 16 years old.
