I have an old well worn philosophy on stress that I'd like to share. "The end and absolute final result of stress is... having stressed." It's useless. I don't even know why we humans allow it to exist. There is no payoff, no gain, no light at the end... unless one likes to feel crappy and that is just strange If I start to feel stressed, I think of some fantastic time in my life when I was feeling magnificent and hold on tight to that feeling. After all, nothing is permanent, not even the things that cause the stress. The fact that we're still here is evidence none of it has killed us, so we're still good. Chin up. / BF, you rule, lady.
