U.S. Presidents Day, officially known as Washington's Birthday, is a federal holiday in the United States and is celebrated on the third Monday of February. In 2010, Presidents Day falls on February 15.
Although it has become known as a great weekend for sales, especially on cars, there's a lot more to the holiday. Presidents Day is a good chance to learn more about American History, including the interesting facts from the lives of American Presidents.
Let's mix US History and US Presidents - take any US President and show how he could have served in the office in different times. Obama Crossing the Delaware river, Nixon invading Iraq - these are just some examples. You can also show private lives and hobbies of the "presidents out of their times".

Former senator Fred Thompson has finally announced that he is running for President of United States on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno." In his first campaign speech on Thursday in Iowa, Thompson said he possesses the conservative values that will lead Republicans to Senate majority they recently lost, and will prevent Senator Hillary Clinton from winning the U.S. presidential election in 2008.
Photoshop anything connected to Fred Thompson running for president of United States, or show what happens if / after he becomes a President. Examples may include showing Thompson's election campaign, posters, billboards. A good idea may be to choose Thompson's running mate and design the election campaign poster for them.

In this contest we are asking you to use your creativity and create a U.S.President in a different time period as in the theme post. You may use any U.S. president in your image as in this theme post by nilo. Another example could be to show Abe Lincoln boarding Air Force One or Ronald Reagan delivering the Gettysburg Address. You will have 3 days to submit your entry. Submitting it early will give you plenty of time to read the critique comments and edit your image accordingly.
