 Harry Potter Superman funny pictures - / Fair work overall. Head skin tone may need some adjustment to match the neck and hands. Also I would try making the blue suit less glossy and consider a slight shadow around neck collar to show at least some thickness of the suit. / great work on the body, but why not use of a real Superman picture. I would be easy and more realistic. / Just trying to learn by experimentation. Ain't that what this is about. |
 Harry Potter as the Joker funny pictures - / This is one heck of a good entry.A Big 10. / love how you made his skin look porcelain. / Nice difusion, You got a retro airbrush thing going on that I like. / nice chop. Difficult image to start with, with the shallow depth of field on the center of the face. I think the overall hue shift of the clothing is your strong point. My only suggestions would be to add some variance to the whites and blacks of the makeup. The edges around the mouth look a tad soft and the overall whitening of the face feels a bit muddy sort of airbrushed. Heath Ledger's makeup was rubbed off at parts, dirty and runny. Perhaps masking a bit of Harry's un-retouched face back through would really help to bring it home. Lastly I think the image is a tad over-saturated in the added colors of the makeup and clothing hue shift. If it was slightly desaturated I think it would help make it feel more realistic, less retouched. Just some thoughts. / Previous comments made by Hackofalltrades are interesting and judicious for the most part, but I still really like your work as it is and I believe that you're entitled to proudly assume your aesthetic choices (color saturation, etc.) in this great chop. |
