Lights Off 2000-2016! funny pictures Member reactions: If you have a picture of smoke or fire (or maybe lighteffects) with a black background, you can change the layersettings so that the darker parts become invisible and then it becomes real easy to insert things like fire and smoke realisticly and really quick. In Paintshoppro, which i use, you can change those settings right above the layers and you can chose from all kinds of settings, like overlay or burn. The settings i was talking about are called screen or lighten. Mqaybe this helps. cheers. Now this is called the Game Perfect frame I can imaging for the concept. This Saturday, March 23, people and businesses around the world will participate in Earth Hour 2013, turning off their lights at 8:30 p.m. local time. Earth Hour tradition was established by the World Wildlife Fund in 2007 as a way to bring attention to energy consumption, sustainability, and climate change issues. This year, participants in over 7000 cities in 156 countries countries will darken homes, skyscrapers, and landmarks around the world.
Let's see what would happen if Earth Hour went more global by turning lights off in the famous movies and paintings. In this contest, give night theme to famous paintings and movie posters. You are welcome to change the movie titles to reflect the night theme. Please don't use only brightness adjustment or filters, put more effort in your work by adding moon light, changing backgrounds, adding a lit candle, etc. A good example of an entry for this contest would be Forrest Gump movie poster showing Forrest Gump sitting on a bench holding a candle in the moonlight.

Earth Hour tradition was established by the World Wildlife Fund in 2007 as a way to bring attention to energy consumption, sustainability, and climate change issues. This year, participants in 134 countries darkened homes, skyscrapers, and landmarks around the world. Next year the event is going to be even more massive, so don't be surprized if your city goes dark on March 24, 2012.
Let's see what would happen if Earth Hour went more global by turning lights off in the famous paintings and movies. In this contest, give night theme to famous paintings and movie posters. You are welcome to change the movie titles to reflect the night theme.
