This may mean colourising his hair more, removing the pupil in the eye, and flattening some features. Use the characters on the reverse side as a reference point to see how much detail needs to be removed. Watch your masking debris around the perimeter of the coins. / I think also painting white shiny hightlights on his face to match the rest of the coin would help as well.
