$, after seen this entry, I withdrawn from this contest. Congratulations.
thanx every one, Krrish, nice to see you back my friend.
Congratulations Mr. Salis. this work is among my favorites.
Wooden Congrats salis … I love the expressions, especially Gates … great shadow & lighting effects as always … I especially like the shadow work on the chain and Bill's body … only thing I noticed first off, was that the lack of visual to the full depth of the background, diminishes the "hanging on the edge of the building" effect somewhat.
thanx everyone, qtrmoonshop I got your point, I'll try to achieve that next time I choose this kind of prospective ( which is really hard to work with ) and finding the suitable sources is much harder, thanx for your Critique.
Congratz Salis, very well, you are so creative and your technique is very very good.
Mac started as a bulky Hippo.. and has streamlined to the Apple we know today.. Member reactions:
This is awesome...love the smoke and flame work
very creative. You could stamp some of the skin texture on the neck of the animal to unsmooth it a little, looks very pulled.
his head is part of the screen ,, its the way i wanted it,,
Agree to TheCuneCap, Fantastic work especially the "PIN" on the back of that guy but Neck of the animal is getting itch here, I guess some screen glass and smoke like the blast in screen due to animals head may give more attraction..its just a suggestionWell even though Full marks
Very funny to see the animal's face over this slider nice fire effect behind.
I agree with others on the animal's neck... but very well done... very fun comp.
Congrats on the bronze pree-ee . I love the animated look and feel of the action, and cool effect with the floppys … first impression is that the hippo has poked his/her head through the mac and is now wearing it sort of like a necklace, so I can understand the comments regarding the "smooth area" … hippobottomlineis : There's so much good stuff going on overall in the chop, it can draw more attention to even one thing that seems questionable.
This Friday we continue our freaking experiment with provided source images.
Photoshop this image of a Mac mirage (image credit: DualD FlipFlop) any way you wish. Some examples are - move this Apple Macintosh from El Mirage dry lake into a new environment, re-design this Mac, use this Mac mirage image in movies, paintings, etc. These are just some ideas.
Photoshop this vintage Mac (click to download) any way you wish. Some examples are: re-designing this vintage Mac, upgrading this Mac to a newer model, using this vintage Mac in advertisements, movies, paintings, putting this Mac into some unusual environment. These are just some ideas.
Many thanks to Agata Urbaniak and Stock Exchange for providing the source image.
American comedian and actor Bernie Mac has died this Saturday after the complications from pneumonia.
The "Original King of Comedy" left this life too early, and "the world just got a little less funny" said George Clooney, who co-starred with Bernie Mac in the remake of Ocean's Eleven and its sequels.
We will miss you, Bernie.
To pay a tribute to a great comedian, Bernie Mac, photoshop him any way you wish. Some examples are: show what Bernie Mac will do in heaven (or hell),
what movies he could have played in, what alternative careers he could have chosen, immortalize him in paintings, etc. These are just some ideas.
