| Funny Dolphins and Sea Lions in the U.S. Navy pictures -
If Iran closes the Strait of Hormuz, the U.S. Navy has a backup plan to save one-fifth of the world's daily oil trade: send in the dolphins to detect the underwater mines and swimmers and then report back to the Navy. They are given rewards such as fish on correct completion of a task.
The U.S. Navy trains dolphins and sea lions under the U.S. Navy Marine Mammal Program, which is based in San Diego, California. Military dolphins were used by the U.S. Navy during the First and Second Gulf Wars. About 75 dolphins are in the program.

 Dance floor Lion funny pictures - Lets tango. / It has a view problems with the chunks of transparent tail, and possibly the top left of the paw, but I really like this one. / Some of the clipping paths could be cleaner, but overall very nice. / you can still clean it up,, re-submit,,, still really nice.. / not sure of what is on her backbut over all looks good / So clean and cleaver, very nice composition / Its perfect great work to see the lion roaring and the women is still in love to dance with the beast great job to put the shadows which were perfectly placed including the shadow of the tail is very well casted But the right leg is casting two shadows, need to fix it But overall its great chop / Woody Congrats Tarkus … nice work … I hope she gave him a mint / One of my favorites in the contest.  Lion funny pictures - Very tricky... the lighting and chopping while unprecise was challenging to create the real effect... please comment.. i made a change of the left eye to liven the expression. Full View is much better... thanks / Need an armored car to feed that kitty..hehe Might want to dodge the mane on the right and burn in it on the left to match the direction of light/shadow on his nose, since shadows are in opposition. / This has got to be freakiest thing I have ever seen.... Great Job / Perfect blending but the eyes (especially the right eye - from visitor's view) look plastic. Should be made darker I think. But I understand that they probably came like that with the source picture. Still I'd try darkening them to make the creature look alive. / Very real looking. The only thing...inside the critters mouth shows strong sunlight from the right, but the light on the mane & body is more diffused, like an overcast day. |
