Funny $77 Billion Lawsuit pictures - New Orleans has filed a $77 billion lawsuit against
the Army Corps of Engineers, claiming poor design which led to
failure of the flood walls and levees during 2005 Hurricane Katrina.
However only $1 billion of the suit money will go to the city reconstruction, while the
remaining $76 billion are claimed as a compensation for the city's
tarnished image. The suit was filed by the New Orleans Association of
Looters.
In this contest you are asked to show how the money from the $77 billion lawsuit will be used in New Orleans to rebuild the city, improve its image and city tourism. Including New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin in the entries is a plus.

Lion funny pictures - / King of beasts. nah. I can't put my finger on it but there is something about the left eye that is distracting me. It is like it doesn't line up with the right eye.
Lion funny images - Very tricky... the lighting and chopping while unprecise was challenging to create the real effect... please comment.. i made a change of the left eye to liven the expression. Full View is much better... thanks / Need an armored car to feed that kitty..hehe Might want to dodge the mane on the right and burn in it on the left to match the direction of light/shadow on his nose, since shadows are in opposition. / This has got to be freakiest thing I have ever seen.... Great Job / Perfect blending but the eyes (especially the right eye - from visitor's view) look plastic. Should be made darker I think. But I understand that they probably came like that with the source picture. Still I'd try darkening them to make the creature look alive. / Very real looking. The only thing...inside the critters mouth shows strong sunlight from the right, but the light on the mane & body is more diffused, like an overcast day.
