Apart from that one, there's always something to be proud of in every single job, even ...septic tank cleaners, which you probably think is the worst job. Well, you think wrong, my friend. So really, every job has its merits. For instance, I have the best boss in the world (I work for myself).

Yet my chop is the only chop that you brought this up. Don’t you think it fair to criticize these chops also. For that fact its the only comment that you made on any chop. Now look closely at the chop DDB it does say de-motivational with a message following and then it says motivational, again with a message following. The background does have black in it. The instructions did not say solid black or bordered. The other 19 chops in this contest follow the format of a motivational/demotivational type poster layout and yours does not in my opinion / Hi hidden....don't think DDB meant to pick on your entry. He was just trying to explain what the classic demotivational posters look like, which the instructions said people should try to mimic, as per the examples given / Look on the bright side. I stopped just to see what all the fuss was about rather than giving your chop the cursory once-over. Just kidding about that. I stopped because it was weirdly twisted and did get my attention because it also did not follow the "FORMAT" of demotivational posters. I dunno who decided that they needed a format at all but it's just the way those things evolved Frankly, in spite of the omission I think your chop rocks. I don't think DDB meant anything other than if you don't follow the format not only will you get a 1 or 2 from the termites but the Karma players might give you a lower vote too.
