 Hillary Clinton Frankenstein funny pictures - / would be better if you made Obama look cartoony like the rest of the image. / I did have Obama more cartoony at first but you couldn't tell who he was so I changed him back. Taking your advice, I added more effect to him but kept it minimal, plus, now he's floating, as he does in reality . I tried to keep it as real as possible I did spend more time on this piece than usual. I was focused on making some good lightning and also playing around with fx to get the cartoon look. I am pretty pleased with the results considering the Clinton source quality but hopefully the next will be better.
