 American Gothic in The Godfather funny pictures - / You certainly like this image. It must be permanently ghosted on to your monitor by now. I'll say the same thing as last time; please adjust your monitor so that you can pick up the slight differences in the darker tones as your work will look very different from what you are seeing now. (ie: the ghosting and debris throughout the image will become visable) / , the saga goes on. Me likes a lot. The gothic guy with a bow-tie looks like he's wearing a nice suit. Rake from the puppeteer hand is a cool change. / Thanks for the comments. Adjusting my monitor did not show an appreciable difference, but I used a temporary layer of a different color to correct some items. Better prepare yourself for some more Godfather-type poster images because I have more to submit. Once you get an idea you want to take the image to completion. / I'm guessing then that you have an HP monitor as even at the best settings, they are quite dark. Another way to see what is in the background of the image is to invert the colour. Everything which is black will show as white. Areas which are not the same colour as the background will show as a smudge (zoom in if necessary). Have a look at these areas of your image. Hopefully you will be able to see these features so that you can clean up this small problem as your compositions and ideas have been good. / Thanks c00p. Your suggestion of inverting the colors is a very helpful technique . It does show flaws even if they are not readily visible in normal viewing. I have a Samsung SyncMaster monitor / Me too. And to me the picture looked good as well. / Awesome concept. The low-rez vs. high-rez sources is a tad distracting though. / I use Sony LCD monitor and those areas are not visible to me too (in normal viewing). I don't think your image depicts a simple girl. / great, i just would turn those blood spots to a darker red and would let out that knife, but still so nice. Nice body chop. |
