Climate sceptics show that emails stolen from the Climatic Research Unit at the University of East Anglia prove that scientists were willing to manipulate climate change data to show an increase in global warming and question the 160-year old record. Besides the data manipulation, the Copenhagen climate summit is filled with irony - the world's most famous environmentalists arrived at the summit in private limos (over 1,100) and private jets (over 140)... just like the world's most famous climate guru Al Gore.
Let us show effects of global warming this way: Take any famous architecture (building(s), statue(s), bridge(s), etc.) and change the environment around it. For instance in a desert, underwater (partial or full submersion), or dry and cracked earth, etc. Here's one good example by Xxxxxpp (dry land), and another good example (partial submersion) by AZRainman.

Recent surveys by Yale University, Gallup and the ClearVision Institute revealed that 68 percent of Americans consider global warming as a major threat, and that life on earth could continue without severe harm only if the society takes drastic measures to stop and reduce global warming. Forty percent of the surveyed Americans said a presidential candidate's position on global warming is one of the major factors when casting their votes.
Show what life would be like with extreme global warming. Think of temperatures so high that could melt buildings and objects, make animals look fried, eggs in nests get boiled or fried, drinks go vaporized, etc...

As our very own Johnx1 reports from Scotland "...just been on the news that now it's so cold that all the snow plow blades and breaking. So now they can't clear roads at all."
Photoshop anything connected to the recent heavy snowfalls and low temperatures (anywhere in the world). E.g. feel free to create advertisements for any businesses / services that adjust to snowfalls and low temperatures. Show the new "global cooling" tourism posters for any region or country. These are just some ideas. Go with the snow!

Not bad, though not original. / I didn't know it was "your work" hidden whoeva you are. Taita said it all for me here I do not dislike anyone. You are just another image in yet another PS contest. Yes it is nice to be "inspired" Thx / Hidden..... jurors can't see who does what entry. No need to take offense and allude to people not liking you. You did a nice job with the idea using your own sources. (though some sources in bottom section of image look a little different from the ones you included....I might just be blind though ) / Kellie is a judge and has a remarkable eye for distinguishing originality and being a judge has the JOB of evaluating these things on originality. I reckon everybody here has not passed the originality test at one point or another so don't feel bad hahahahaha. I think it's a fine image and yeah, it triggered a similarity flag but couldn't recall seeing where or when. I had a novel idea some time back and I seem to repeat myself on this but guys/gals, just alter the source images past the point where the original artists or photographers will recognize their own work in your chop. The solution is that simple. That will put to sleep any objections or concerns of originality. Keep your chin up hidden, it's not the end of the world It's a very nice image and should score well. If it's any consolation, I did one that is brutally original and tanking like a sub with a screen door hahahah... just have fun. / Doesn't change my voting on this piece and it's very nicely done, the bottom part is totally new and a lot of work, after you have voted on 30 thousand pix's, you can see who puts in the work, this was a great chop and that's what we do, chop pictures. On originality, artist's borrow and exchange ideas all the time, I see nothing wrong with it. The only source I see the same in both chops is the hourglass. Picasso and George Braque are 2 great examples of artists sharing ideas and styles. At a point in their careers, their paintings and experimentation in cubism were almost undistinguishable from each another.Cubism was a joint construction, to the extent that sometimes Picasso and Braque could not tell their work apart. But they were both great artists.
