Just a thought / Trying for the subtle technique at the moment. Tomorrow morning I might take you up on the suggestion. It is based on the fact there are vintage postcards showing cartoon dachshunds circling hydrants getting ready to 'do their thing'. Same circle technique used for doxies around light posts, too. / Interesting, but I also think if dog took the bigger part of the composition it'd work better / Yeah you both were right.
