Very funny. To make the tatoo more realistic looking, you can lower the opacity of it & then all a slight gaussien blur. Also, with the face, you could try playing around with brightness/contrast, levels, selective color & hue/saturation to get the skin color closer to the source image. / Nice job matching the angles of the faces (half the battle of a good face swap.) but I agree with the other critiques.
