Thanks. / Nice blend, but I think the low contrast and high brightness takes away from photo realism here. At these brightness/contrast levels the nose (left) outline seems to almost blend with a cheek / Thanks Newsy. I kinda agree, then again the original didn't look much different. Eh, whatever. / Hmmm, I can't believe my one vote muscled it up to middle ranking all by itself. Others must have really liked it too. I was pretty sure this would make the top 5. But okay, since it didn't and you asked I scrutinized it and yeah, Newsy has a valid point. The other minor thing is, (now this is how I would personally treat it,) is to whiten the right eye to match and would have airbrushed in slightly more definition in the lips. That might have pushed it up a few, maybe not. Even without, I think the chop overall has a lot of character and is well done. |
