Caricatures are funny--you have to choose which features to emphasize--and everyone's perception is different. So you would choose different features to emphasize than I would. I looked at the source image that you posted---and here's what I'd have done with it. (very rough...). I think Shaq is such a huge man that he needs a thick neck. Not really sure if this looks any more like him than yours.
