With the recent drop in consumer demand, some new companies try new marketing strategy - brand confusion. Such wannabe companies attract customers by designing their products and logos similar to some famous brand. Here's one example from Tokyo.
Let's take brand confusion to a new level and swap any two brands. Take any product with famous brand (or just logo) and substitute a name from another brand. For example, take the famous Nike logo and in Nike font letters write "Puma". Take a Snickers candy bar and substitute "Snickers" for "Nescafe" written with Snickers distinctive letters. These are just some ideas.

In a recent case a company imitating Polo Ralph Lauren brand sold thousands of handbags to customers who thought they were buying the original Polo bags. At a close inspection handbags read "Polo Marco Hiuui", even though the words Marco Hiuui are printed in small font, while "Polo" and a look-alike logo are printed in large size.

BMW corporation already owns three car brands - BMW, Mini, and Rolls-Royce - and now it is planning to launch its fourth green car brand. The car will be designed environmentally friendly. The name of the car brand and the logo will be chosen later.
Photoshop famous logos and brands (company, products, etc.) any way you like. Examples include changing the names (FedUp , instead of FedEx, Coca Colt, etc.) You can even merge two different brands if you like. Your logos and brands can be shown separately or directly on the products.

R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company announced that it is dropping all advertisements in newspapers and magazines after the scandal over its recent advertisement for Camel No. 9 in Rolling Stone Magazine. The glossy foldout advertisement was aimed at younger women, and met a lot of criticism suggesting that it appealed to teenagers and even kids. R. J. Reynolds is the second biggest U.S. tobacco company after Philip Morris, which did not buy newspaper or magazine advertisements in the last three years to avoid the controversy.
