Very good work...to me,it's a wee bit too dark. If it was lighter and a little cleaner, I feel you would have placed a little bit better. But, that's only my opinion. Well done.

nepaguy59, I agree with your comments. Base source was a little bit lighter, for example, I can see more of MS Block's neck in original source. Tortoise upraised head needs some sharpening or less blur. Pet turtle, embraced, needs more definition. Flattened image and converted to LAB, Gaussian Blur on a and b channels, probably too much, re-set to RGB JPG before submitting.
