Above the lip & chin , plus it does'nt make sense if the background (flag) is blured , plus the Podium is blurred. One or the other . Besides that , your Caricature of Obama is great .... thanks so much, Kellie, Chili. the podium is out of focus, as in the original source. The subject focus, and he alone, I personally believe that the photographer has used an objective, approximate, 70,300 mm, manual focus. Thats cool ,the old 70,300mm manual focus trick . ..... I did'nt know about ways of doing trick photography. with focusing in on the front & back of a picture & keeping the main character in focus . It's probably the mic that needs work as it's cut sharp in some places and blurred in others, very distracting, maybe a different mic all together or no mic at all. so will surely, surely even, in some areas, you create social, including syncope, and irony.
